Use this page to report a recurring product problem, add evidence to an existing SoundPath Lab issue record, or submit a manufacturer response or correction.

HOW TO SUBMIT EVIDENCE

Option 1 — Public report: sign in with a free SoundPath Lab member account and leave a comment below. This is best for a concise problem report, a link to a public review, forum thread, test, video, release note, recall, or support article.

Option 2 — Images, documents, or private material: email editorial@soundpathlab.com with the subject “Evidence submission — Brand + exact model”. Attach screenshots or photos. For video, send a YouTube, Google Drive, Dropbox, OneDrive, or other accessible link rather than a large email attachment.

Please include:

• Brand and exact model name or model number
• Hardware revision, region, purchase period, and serial-number range if relevant
• Firmware version and app version
• Phone, computer, TV, amplifier, speakers, network, and connection method involved
• A concise description of the symptom
• Exact steps that reproduce the problem
• Whether the issue happens every time, intermittently, or only under certain conditions
• Troubleshooting already attempted and the result
• Original source link, order date, support-case reference, or test evidence where available
• Permission status for any photo, screenshot, or video you want us to publish

Do not publish passwords, login codes, full serial numbers, order numbers, addresses, phone numbers, private email addresses, or confidential support transcripts in the comments. Redact personal information before sending files. SoundPath Lab may crop or blur submitted material before publication.

EVIDENCE LEVELS

A single ordinary user report is recorded as a lead and is not generalized to the entire model. Two apparently independent buyer reports describing the same material problem on the same exact model may qualify as repeated evidence after duplicate, shipping-damage, seller-service, and purely subjective complaints are excluded.

A documented independent test with reproducible evidence, or an official manufacturer acknowledgement, recall, service bulletin, firmware note, discontinuation notice, or end-of-support notice may qualify on its own. User voting and comment counts provide useful prevalence signals but do not replace technical verification.

FOR MANUFACTURERS AND AUTHORIZED REPRESENTATIVES

Brands are welcome to respond directly in the comments or email editorial@soundpathlab.com. Please identify your company, role, affected model, and issue ID where available. To receive a verified manufacturer-response label, provide a company-domain email address, an official support-case reference, or another verifiable connection to the brand.

Useful correction evidence includes release notes, service bulletins, test results, replacement programmes, updated manuals, firmware versions, app versions, production-change dates, discontinuation notices, and end-of-support notices.

WHAT HAPPENS NEXT

We review relevant submissions, add the source type and original link where publication is permitted, assign an evidence level, and record the first-observed, added, and last-checked dates. Published records distinguish between open-confirmed, reported-unverified, manufacturer-reported fix, resolved-pending-verification, resolved-verified, recurring, discontinued, and end-of-support states.

When new evidence changes the conclusion, we update the original issue record and preserve a dated revision note. A manufacturer statement is published as a manufacturer response; it does not automatically erase independent evidence. Likewise, a correction supported by reproducible evidence will be reflected promptly.

Comments require a free SoundPath Lab member account to reduce spam. A submission does not guarantee publication. We may decline material that cannot be verified, concerns a different model, is duplicated, is primarily about shipping or seller service, contains personal attacks, or creates privacy, copyright, or safety risks.
