01 · Receipt

Your case, saved

You receive a case number after successful submission. Your report remains private to you and authorized editors.

02 · Follow-up

A visible next step

Your timeline shows the responsible desk, current status, next update target and dated editorial responses.

03 · Outcome

A reason, not a label

Closing a case requires a recorded explanation. If the problem returns or an outcome is incomplete, you can reopen it.

What this pilot can do

We can organize evidence, review our own content, identify useful next checks and record a brand response when one is obtained. We cannot compel a seller to refund, guarantee a manufacturer’s response or replace their warranty process.

We begin with up to five actively handled cases at a time. Additional cases remain in intake. Your case page is the authoritative place to check progress; automatic case email notifications are not enabled.

Response targets and delays

We aim to make a first human review within two working days, an initial disposition within five working days and a progress update within seven calendar days while a case is active. These are pilot targets, not guaranteed service commitments. Working days are Monday–Friday; holidays may extend them.

The next-update date appears on each case. An overdue target stays visible; silence never means that a case is resolved. An external brand’s response time is outside our control.

Your privacy and sharing choices

Brand forwarding and public publication are separate, optional permissions. Neither happens automatically. Editors must minimize personal details before any sharing. You can change future sharing permissions in your case.

Keep passwords, payment details, full serial numbers and other people’s personal information out of the form. If your concern prevents you from signing in, use our contact page.

How evidence is treated

Your account of an experience starts as Owner Evidence, awaiting verification. A community report, a manufacturer’s statement, primary-source documentation and SoundPath Lab’s own tests are identified separately. A closed service case does not establish a verified product fix or a product-wide failure rate.
