Editorial Policy

SoundPath Lab publishes independent audio reviews, comparisons, buying guides, tutorials, and technical explainers. Our first responsibility is to readers.

Accuracy
We verify specifications against reliable sources and distinguish confirmed facts from observations, estimates, and opinions. If important information is uncertain or conflicting, we say so. Material errors are corrected as soon as practical.

Independence
Manufacturers, distributors, retailers, and advertisers do not receive control over our conclusions. We may request factual corrections before publication, but we do not allow outside parties to rewrite our opinions or approve a review.

Review products and commercial relationships
Products may be purchased, borrowed, supplied as samples, or accessed through industry partners. Relevant relationships are disclosed in the article. Receiving a product does not guarantee coverage, favorable treatment, or an award.

Affiliate links and advertising
Some pages may contain affiliate links or advertising in the future. If used, these relationships will be disclosed. Compensation does not change the price paid by the reader and does not determine our editorial conclusions.

Corrections and updates
Audio products and software change over time. We may update articles when firmware, pricing, availability, or verified facts change. Significant corrections will be noted when they affect the original conclusion.
