Community & User Submission Guidelines
Community & User Submission Guidelines
Effective 6 September 2026. These rules apply to Owner Pulse, Owner Experience, Product Issues, Questions, Decision Feedback and other user submissions.
Submit real experience
- Submit only your own genuine experience. Do not impersonate another person, misrepresent ownership or purchase verification, or coordinate duplicate votes.
- Do not include passwords, payment details, serial numbers, private addresses, health information or other sensitive personal data.
- Do not submit illegal material, threats, harassment, malicious attacks, spam, fraud or content that infringes another person’s rights.
- If you work for, represent, sell, promote or have another commercial interest in a relevant brand or product, disclose that relationship clearly.
- Do not create multiple accounts, copy another person’s work, upload false or reused evidence, repeat the same submission, or otherwise attempt to earn duplicate points.
- Brands and their staff must not pose as ordinary owners. Any commercial relationship must be disclosed.
Points and viewpoint neutrality
Some eligible submissions may receive Contribution Points or Reward Credits. Rewards are based on completeness, usefulness and verification—not whether the opinion is positive, negative or neutral. Yes, Maybe and No are treated equally. Points never give a vote extra weight or automatically change an editorial conclusion.
Editing, rights and moderation
You retain rights in your original submission. You grant SoundPath Lab the non-exclusive permission needed to store, display, quote, organize and summarize it for the site and related editorial records. SoundPath Lab may edit formatting, spelling and clarity without changing the intended meaning.
Obvious spam, fraud, duplicate submissions and material that violates these rules may be withheld, limited or removed. Membership verifies an account, not a purchase. Published summaries may combine multiple responses and must not identify a person unless that person separately agrees.
Correction or deletion
Use the Contact page to request correction, deletion of personal information, or removal of account-linked content. Include the submission type and relevant product or page; do not send passwords or full device serial numbers.
