The FiiO EA13 is a full-size analog-input integrated vacuum-tube amplifier for passive speakers. It also has a 6.35 mm headphone output. It is not a streamer or DAC: a digital-music system needs a source with an analog line-level output. FiiO announced the EA13 on 28 August 2026 and said on 29 August that its first production batch had sold out. Product role and connections

FiiO lists four pairs of RCA analog line inputs, a 3.5 mm trigger input, separate 4Ω and 8Ω passive-speaker output terminals, and a 6.35 mm headphone output. The fitted tubes are two SYLVANIA NOS PCF80 small-signal tubes and four JJ ELECTRONIC EL34 output tubes. FiiO describes the amplifier circuit as Class A push-pull. The listed dimensions are 430 × 339 × 145 mm and weight is approximately 17.7 kg. These are manufacturer specifications, not independently verified measurements. FiiO gives two materially different rated-output conditions for both the listed 4Ω and 8Ω loads: at least 18 W per channel at THD+N under 1% and at least 28 W per channel at THD+N under 5%. What a buyer should check

Match the speaker's sensitivity and impedance behaviour to the room, listening distance and desired peak level. A dedicated 4Ω terminal does not prove universal compatibility with every difficult 4Ω speaker. Allow safe ventilation and a realistic tube-maintenance plan. Check the local authorised seller's warranty and return terms; current regional price and stock are not independently verified here. There is no listed network streaming or digital input, so add a compatible analog-output streamer/DAC for digital music.

Lifecycle and evidence

Current product: FiiO reported that the first batch sold out and that another batch was being prepared. This is an availability state, not discontinuation. A firm batch-two ETA, production quantity, region-by-region allocation, tube replacement policy, authorised repair availability and long-term support status remain Unknown. Evidence confidence: Official product identity, listed connections and manufacturer-rated conditions are verified against official sources. WiiM Ultra and S15 system routes are documented interface plans, not SoundPath Lab tests. No original EA13 sample photo, hands-on observation, owner cohort or independent measurement is attached.
