Innuos Brand Profile

Innuos brand profile covering its 2009 Portuguese origin, music-server families, Sense platform dependency, support model and unresolved lifecycle questions.

Brand evidence profile · Foundation v1.0

Innuos was founded in 2009 by Nuno Vitorino and Amelia Santos. Its official history places design and production facilities in Faro, Portugal, with a United Kingdom office, and documents the development of its own Sense software platform.

Product families and platform boundaries

SoundPath Lab currently tracks five L1, Tier C products: NAZARÉ, STREAM1, STREAM3, ZEN Next-Gen and ZENith Next-Gen. Innuos also makes network switches, USB reclockers, linear power supplies and accessories. Sense is central to compatible servers and streamers, but app requirements, services, storage and upgrade options must be checked by model and software generation.

Support and lifecycle

Innuos publishes a knowledge base, Sense guide, release notes, manuals and ticket routes that can include system information and logs. Offline Mode and web control are documented. This does not establish one universal repair or software-support horizon. All five tracked lifecycle states remain Unknown.

Evidence status

Founders, 2009 origin, operating locations, product-family scope and Sense platform boundaries are verified from Innuos sources. Model lifecycle, repair duration and end-of-support dates remain Unknown. No SoundPath Lab brand-level hands-on or owner-cohort conclusion is claimed.

Manufacturer response: Not contacted. This does not mean the brand declined to respond.
